We want every visit to Rymans Farm to be safe, enjoyable and straightforward. The policies below explain what to expect and how we handle common situations.

Accessibility

The farm is set on natural, uneven ground and some areas can be muddy. We welcome all visitors and will do our best to help. If you have specific access needs, please contact us before your visit and we can advise on the best routes and facilities.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in most outdoor areas. Please clean up after your dog and keep them under control around other visitors, livestock and wildlife. Dogs may not be permitted in some enclosed areas such as Santa's Grotto.

Refunds & cancellations

Tickets are generally non-refundable. If we have to cancel an event or close the farm due to exceptional circumstances, we will contact ticket holders to arrange a transfer or refund through DigiTickets.

Weather

Most of our activities take place outdoors and will go ahead in light rain. We recommend dressing for the weather with wellies and waterproofs. In severe weather we may need to close for safety; please check our website and social media for updates.
